This Data Protection Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the responsibilities and obligations of Vendors and Dashers (“Partners”) regarding the collection, processing, and protection of personal data while using LinxEat’s platform, including LinxVend, LinxDash, and associated web applications.

1. Purpose

To ensure that all personal data shared, accessed, or processed by Partners is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws and LinxEat’s internal privacy standards.

2. Data Collected

Partners may access or process the following data:

• User Data: Names, contact details, delivery addresses, order history.
• Vendor Data: Business registration, inventory records, transaction logs.
• Dasher Data: Location tracking, earnings, delivery routes, identification documents.

3. Data Usage

Partners agree to use personal data solely for:

• Fulfilling orders and deliveries.
• Managing inventory and logistics.
• Communicating with LinxEat and customers as required.

Any other use of data is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from LinxEat.

4. Data Security Obligations

Partners must:

• Implement reasonable security measures to protect data from unauthorized access or breaches.
• Avoid sharing login credentials or sensitive data with third parties.
• Immediately report any data breach or suspicious activity to LinxEat.

5. Restrictions

Partners shall not:

• Sell, lease, or disclose personal data to unauthorized entities.
• Use data for personal marketing or profiling.
• Retain data beyond the duration necessary for service fulfillment.

6. Data Retention

Partners agree to retain personal data only for the duration required to fulfill their service obligations. Upon termination of partnership, all data must be deleted or returned to LinxEat.

7. Compliance & Liability

Failure to comply with this Agreement may result in:

• Suspension or termination of access to LinxEat’s platform.
• Legal action or financial penalties under applicable data protection laws.

8. Amendments

LinxEat reserves the right to update this Agreement. Partners will be notified of changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
